“I absolute love Everything about the STW products. They are so tasty and actually keep me full until my next meal. I started with the starter pack and lost 6lb in a week which is amazing as I was satisfied and full until my next meal. I did also drink lots of water to to speed up my metabolism. I only needed to lose half a stone but the most important thing for me is to keep it off. I ordered more products and am now on week 4. I am doing this Monday to Friday and relax slightly on a weekend. 80/20 is what works for me. And with the variety of tasty products I don’t have to think about anything, Just choose a packet and go. I love it.”

“Thank god I found something that tastes nice and works and is affordable. I have two shakes a day and evening meal .Banana and strawberry are my favourite flavours. But they are all nice really. They are not a magic cure to being over weight .You have to have the wilpower to go with them and your evening meal has to be healthy.I lost 3.5 stone in 12 weeks .Then had a break now back on it again. So far there the best shakes I have tried for dieting and believe me I have tried many.”

“Very good and quick service, I’ve lost about 6lb over 2 weeks so far, I love the pancakes, the almond and pumpkin seed bars and all the shakes are nice , only tried 1 meal so far but have ordered more to take camping! And for when the rest of the family have a takeaway”

“I love the convenience of using the shakes plus they are super tasty. I have bought myself a hand held blender so I can take to work with my sachets. It’s so easy and I have my shake prepared in seconds. I can’t praise these enough, even if I wasn’t watching my weight, I feel like I’m having a milkshake without the guilt and they have all the nutrients I need. I can’t believe anything can be so tasty that is actually good for me .. win win. Thanks Shake That Weight for such great products.”

You can also cook the hot products in a pan on a hob. If the products you refer to are powder, just add a little more water and cook gently.

“Compared to other brands of similar diet products I would say these are the nicest tasting. The shakes are easy to make and are really lovely. Have still got to wait and see if the weight loss matches up.”
