“Only tried for a few days but totally feel full after and some amazing tastes. I like you can buy individual flavours so not stuck with the same one the best I’ve had is mint choc! Love the gluten free potato chips. Just reordered but with some meals.”

“I like the porridge for breakfast but make it with water as I find milk makes it too sweet, same with the shakes. I blend them with water and ice. The meal packs are substantial with I serve with boiled or steamed vegetables for a filling meal. The meal bars are handy when going for coffee. I love the chicken and vegetable soup for a quick lunch.”
