“Lovely tasting shakes that mix well with skimmed milk or water. Very filling and satisfying. Would recommend hazelnut and white chocolate n raspberry they are my personal favourites.”

All of the meal replacement products can be used for any meal such as a shake or bar for breakfast or lunch. “The shakes have worked well for me as for two meals a day I don't have to think about other food so less chance of cheating. They are also very digestible so good for gardening, where bending after a normal meal is not good, and walking when they ensure a better liquid intake. Cafe au Lait the definite favourite.”

“I really love these products, I find them really convenient & easy & loving not having to “track” as with other diets. All the products I’ve tried have been really tasty, they are competitively priced & delivery is always on time. What’s not to like ? I’m nearly one & a half stone down already 😊”
