“Excellent range of choices, very easy ordering process, delivery is very prompt. I love the shakes, bars and cereal. I'm not very fond of the savoury products but overall a great way to lose weight and get control back”

“Chocolate shake is not good at all. Can't taste the chocolate- just overwhelmingly sweet and artificial. Had to mix it with unflavoured shake and some anilla extract and decaff coffee powder to get it down. Do not recomend. The unflavoured one is okay though.”

“All flavours I have tried so far Strawberry, chocolate, chocolate orange,latte, chocolate mint have been good. Keeps me full from 8am till 1pm. Not too sweet,.I mix with water and is still creamy. I would definitely recommend these.”

“The shake that weight shakes are really tasty, especially strawberry, chocolate and banana. Low calories and high protein content. So easy to make, and the shaker has a compartment so you can take them out with you to make up. I've only tried a few of the powdered foods, not that keen to be honest, but again edible and low calories and high protein. I've tried their beef stew with sweet potato and beef in red wine with lentils WOW these are delicious! Definition will be buying more of these, easy to cook, just a few minutes in microwave and ready to eat! Shakes, if you buy multi packs aren't badly priced compared to some companies. The meals that come in pouches ie stew etc are a little pricey @£3.99 per portion and even in multi buy you don't save any money. For a week I stayed on a liquid only diet in preparation for an operation and managed to lose a whole stone in weight! Haven't had chance to try the snack bars yet, so 🤷 Will definitely be buying again!”

“I used STW in 2018 and lost 10kg over 3 months. Now I decided to lose some extra weight before the wedding and ordered a weekly starter pack again. I must say that the quality of products improved drastically. Shakes are lovely but what I’m most impressed with is the noodles. Super yummy!”

“This is my first experience with Shake That Weight and I’m on Day 4. I have bought a selection of shakes, bars, noodles, soups and meals. Haven’t tried them all yet! Loving everything I’ve tasted so far! Only one I’ve not like is the porridge. The bars and shakes are lovely. Looking forward to trying the maple pancakes later today”

“I bought the 21 X new starter selections which was delivered in 3 days and contained a good selection of different types of food to keep me going for a week. The chocolate bars are great and really fill you up. The meals and the soups are easy to make and enjoyable to eat. Shakes were also good but some flavours like chocolate are better using hot water taken like coffee or tea. The only choice I wouldn't recommend is the porridge which I didn't like but that's just down to your own likes and dislikes. I have already bought my second week but this time I chose the food individually. So far I have lost 6lbs in 9 days so it's doing it's job.”
