“Needing to reduce cal intake but keeping a balance of nutrition we returned back to the shake based diet. However, it is things like porridge and protein crisps that add verity to what could otherwise be a bland outlook.”

“The shakes from shake that weight are really tasty and give me all the nutrients that I require. I have 2 shakes per day plus 1 meal and find that I am not hungry. Since August I have lost just over 3 stones. I am maintaining the weight well.”

“I tend to use Shake that Weight to lose weight when required. I love the bars best because it's nice to chew on something. Nevertheless the shakes are also filling and have good flavours (except the Latte! I add a spoonful of instant coffee to give it more flavour!). I also buy the products for my son, who also needs to lose a bit of weight and he is very successful.”

“Everything in the sample box were absolutely delicious. The box came & everything was packaged well. I would certainly recommend Shake That Weight to my friends & colleagues. The milk shakes are especially filling & I have used them in place of a lunch. I have lost weight ++ since starting the samples. Thank you.”

“Easy to order on line. Excellent feedback from others, their stories encouraging. Product arrives quickly, well wrapped. Easy to mix no cloggy bits, tasty without unpleasant after taste. My last similar diet product of this type was the Cambridge. Shows how old I am. This product far smoother.”
