“Great products, fast delivery. Products are very adaptable in that I am not using them wholly to diet, more of a fasting regime and as they have clear markings in terms of calorific content, this works really well. Far more than some meal replacement shakes, adding variety.”

“I am a 64 yr old woman who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 4 years ago. I am not overweight but have managed to control my mmol/L levels by diet ( reducing carbs) However recently my levels have been increasing and been unmanageable. So I tried Shake that weight. In 6 days I have reduced my levels from 15mmol/L to 7. I am so pleased. I have also lost 5lbs in weight. The meal supplements were enjoyable too. I feel that I will probably need to repeat this again at the end of the summer and after Xmas to keep a check on my diabetes 2 management. Thankyou Shake that Weight PS I’m sorry, I didn’t like the tomato flavoured soup”
