“My favourites are the breakfast packets , they are so tasty and filling, strawberry and chocolate orange shakes are very yummy. I wasn’t so keen on the soups but the meals are tasty and filling. I am so impressed I have ordered another weeks worth.”

“I’ve been using Shake that Weight as a maintenance prop for awhile now in the Chocolate Flavour and would recommend it to anyone either as a Weight Loss Aid and latterly for maintenance. I think it’s as good and effective as the Market Leader and the price is very competitive. If Shakes are not your thing there are bars, soups and several other Shake That Weight products including breakfast products that will help you lose weight or once at your ideal weight to maintain it.”

“Shakes are very satisfying and you don’t feel hungry. The flavours are a personal choice I very much like the chocolate and the chocolate mint but I’m not keen on the banana one. My husband recommends the shake meals full of flavour and again they fill you up. Defo recommend these products.”

“Best shakes I have ever had … and I have tried loads af different brands. They are really smooth and creamy mixed with just water and not gritty at all. Love the vanilla it’s like liquid ice cream 😊 All flavours are great so far and the soups are really tasty. I have had chicken curry and rice which was awesome and the sweet and sour chicken which was also yummy. Would definitely recommend them all. Very happy”

“I am delighted with all the products, they are tasty and very fulfilling. This has been the easiest diet I have ever done, 'product, drink, sleep repeat'. It really helps that the packs are so tasty, and now that I am in ketosis I am not hungry and my energy is high. Love waking up in the morning feeling lighter. Highly recommend 'Shake that Weight.' “Good service, easy order plan to follow. Lots of choice in sachet flavours so you have a variety of different meals, they keep me feeling full. Only been on plan for 5 days so far, very happy with the change on the scales in such a short time. Having the large loss so early on has made me feel positive tgat I will stick to plan and lose the weight I need to. Extremely happy with customer service as a few flavours I ordered I really don’t like, happy for me to return them and replace with what I do like.”
