“WoW These meals are really really tasty and if that wasn’t enough, they have loads of meat in which is rare with ready meals. I’m only able to try the gluten free options, but l have to say I’m very impressed with Shake the weight.”

“The shakes are great tasting especially the coffee varieties. Bars are ok but some do leave an after taste… savoury products I’m sorry to say have a lot to be desired, but pimp them up with a few veggies and maybe chilli flakes and it’s an improvement. Definitely will keep on at it… Delivery time is getting a little slower but it’s still in reasonable time. Enjoy.”

“It works for me I’ve lost 3st 7LB since 27/2/22 I love the shakes hazelnut is my favourite but I do not dislike any of them my favourite soup is chicken I wish you did a plain mushroom I work on the 2 replacement meals a day and a veg and protein evening meal fruit I get the munchies in the evening I also drink a lot of water”

“I always doubt claims that companies make, I mean how can 'diet food' really taste that great… well I doubt no more ! I’ve tried twelve different products so far and have LOVED eleven of them… the caramel shake is particularly delicious ! For me this plan was short term to kick start my weight loss but I will definitely be using the products to supplement my maintenance once I lose my 10kg.”

“Shakes, soups, noodles and meals are all super. Finding the meal bars are (and also leave) a strange taste in your mouth. I have yet to finish any of the bars.”

“I was very hesitant to order this product as i have had experience where these sort of things tasted fowl and not pleasant. However i thought i take a chance by ordering just for a week and i have to say i was quite surprised! Everything taste great and found it quite easy to eat, i do actually get excited to try different flavours and 99% of times i am not disappointed, to be honest i haven’t been disappointed so far at all. I did replace my 2 weeks worth of products with new flavours. I can not comments on the weight loss part yet as it is too early but i do feel great after each meal and has not left me hungry in the week i have been trying this product. I definitely recommend shake that weight :)”
