“I am very disappointed as products I purchased have more carbs and more calories then they did last time I ordered which was 3 weeks ago. For me to stay in ketosis I only can have no more then 30-40 carbs so previously I was able to have two meal and Chrisps, and extra boiled egg for, or three meal as some had 13- 16 grams of carbs in. Now all my favourites have 20carbs in, and I didn’t see any information when ordered that this was changed.”

“I've tried the starter variety pack, I'm impressed with the plain porridge, the shakes are good, especially the chocolate. I like the different bars too, which are convenient. I am not keep on the soups. I'm surprised that I don't feel hungry. I've lost 6lbs in my first week. Shall carry on, as I have a wedding to go to in a few weeks.”

“None. I haven’t received them yet after paying next day delivery. 4 days later still nothing delivered. You also have a link that takes you to Superdrug that sell the items cheaper than your site. Which I only noticed after I bought them.”

“After deciding to go on the diet I ordered my products by next day delivery excited to start, when the parcel arrived all the items were in correct, things that I don’t even eat. Contacting and trying to resolve the situation is so blown out too much tooing and growing, don’t think I will order agsin once I get my refund. I decided to try shake the weight as the 1-1 diet was excellent but the price was too high, might as well go back to them paying the extra and being satisfied”

“Very enjoyable taste, lots of favours to choose from. Strawberry is m6 favourite and the vnilla is nice too it has to be one or the other for breakfast cant stomach chocolate etc for breakfast but chocolate orange is lush for lunch the soup is nice too very filling as are the shakes.”
