“I picked 2 weeks worth of meals with a protein focus. Really enjoy the meals but the shakes less so. Many, if not most, of vitamins and minerals needed daily are part of the food replacement meals. This means you can focus on your weight loss journey. For breakfast and lunch, protein amount is less than ready made meals which means you do feel hungry sooner.”

“I recently received my first order and i have so far, only tried the “crispy strawberry bars” I have never tasted a meal replacement bar so disgusting that I was unable to take more than one bite. It has an extremely bitter aftertaste that lingers for a very long time. I have contacted the customer service helpline as the bars are apparently, non returnable so I am left with 20 unusable products that are clearly not fit for purpose!!!”

“Shakes are too sweet . Bars are better. Carbonara and spaghetti dishes need fresh herbs and condiments to make palatable .”

“I have used The Cambridge diet before but these products are far more enjoyable and tasty, plus a fraction of that cost. I don't think I have tried anything I don't like. and the good news is in 3 weeks I have lost half a stone.”

“My partner and I are doing this together. So far we have all received in time. The shakes are ok. The bars are good (chocolate/peanut one especially). But we are only day 4 into it. So we will have to see how it goes after a couple weeks”

“Thank goodness for Shake That Weight. A brilliant company that provides excellent service and fast delivery. The products are tasty and filling. I normally just buy the milkshakes, but recently decided to try the soups for a change and although a bit apprehensive was pleasantly surprised. As with previous diets, the soups can taste a bit gritty and nothing like the flavour, but with STW the soups actually taste like the flavour on the packet. Just use a little bit of common sense when mixing them, if you find them a little thick in consistency, add a little more water, if you find them too thin, then reduce the amount of water. I add a little bit of black pepper when mixing and do not find them gritty at all and it is nice to have something savoury than sweet all the time. I can't believe it is so easy to enjoy doing a diet, while losing weight at the same time.”

“Lovely flavour, especially beef meals. A big range of choice in each of the products whether it be shakes, bars, meals, noodles or soups. I have completed my first week and lost an incredible 11lbs!!!! I have not felt hungry and am looking forward to the rest of my journey with Shake that Weight. I am a 68 year old grandmother and just losing a pound is almost impossible on the so called ^healthy eating^ diets. I know this substantial drop in a week will not be repeated, but it certainly gives me heart to keep on going. Thank you to all concerned. Truly appreciated.”

“So far so good. The meal pouches are tasty and filling. The shakes are tastier than other meal replacements that I have tried, especially banana. I liked the chocolate muesli, even though I don't normally like a sweet breakfast.”
