“I thought the prepared meals were delish. But the sweet bars (crispy strawberry) were very hard on the teeth. Otherwise all good Especially the crispy snacks. Perhaps more salty options would be good instead of so many bars, shakes etc”

“Have had Chocolate, Strawberry and Banana and have enjoyed them all, also had the Lemon and White Chocolate bar and the Chocolate Caramel crisp found them enjoyable and very filling. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to lose weight quick.”

“The pouches of curries are so easy to heat up and have for maybe lunch depending on your intake of food. I would prefer the rice to be separate as it does not look nice when poured out onto a plate or in a bowl but even so, the curry meals are so tasty. I did ask if the Chicken was the breast but I have had no reply so can you come back to me on this question, please?”

“I have just started 'shake that weight' and called to ask for advice. The guy that answered spent about 10 mins with me running through everything and wasnt pushy at all. The shakes have arrived and I love them. Lots of variety and Im not hungry which is the main thing!”
