“Having used other similar products that weren't very varied or inspiring, the range of flavours and variety of products has come as a pleasant surprise. The shakes are very nice and the soups taste creamy, despite being made with water. I like the bars, although some are better than others. The meals are nice enough and better than others I have had. All round it makes it a lot easier to stick to.”

I am glad you liked the taste. We have not had comments before that its too thin, usually its the opposite. So please can you double check you are using the advised 250ml of skimmed milk when making the product to ensure correct consistency.
