“Tried most of the items from shake that weight and found most of them nice. I especially like the milkshakes which I blend with ice and it makes them thick. The soups are good too!”

“Good variety of products, soups aren't very filling and could do with being thicker, the premium pouches are good apart from the chicken curry and brown rice (flowery taste) but the chicken tikka is excellent.”

“I find Shake That Weight products very good on the whole but the shakes can me a bit think compared to others. The diet plans are easy to follow and it's the first plan where I have lost wait continually. I find it very helpful to keep a good and weigh in diary.”
