“The shakes are lovely not keen on the latte one would be nice if they did different cereal and porridge flavours but they are both tasty not tried the meals yet or the drink sachets”

“Having tried VLC total meal replacement shakes from other companies, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Shake That Weight are really delicious! There is no aftertaste which I struggled with from other providers. The range of flavours is fab and the noodles and shakes really help my tastebuds to feel satisfied when I’m craving something savoury too. I have tried several flavours of crisps and loved them all - especially the sweet chilli ones! Shake That Weight are brilliant value for money and I’m enjoying my journey and all the support available too.”

“Ordered the taster pack as i didn't loads that I possibly didn't like, pleasantly surprised. Little bit sweet but not too bad, porridge is nice a creamy. All that being said lost 5lb this week”

“Delicious shakes with a great variety of flavours. I've ordered some soups as well and they are delicious too! Everything is very simple to make and to mix so it's very convenient for work as well as home. This works and I am delighted to report a 10lb loss in my first 10 days”

“A good selection of products and flavours to choose from. I was skeptical having tried similar products (from another company) years ago so I bought the 2week plan to see how I fared. I've been totally surprised by how nice the shakes and meals taste. They're so easy to prepare too. I've not had any problems with the products and haven't felt at all hungry during the day. I've lost weight in the first week and will definitely continue on this plan after I've used up my 2nd week of supplies. I'm very pleased with the products and the results.”

“Great products - love the shakes, the bars, and the evening meals - we lost 4 stone each, sadly put it back on from slipping into bad habits again; (hard to stay healthy with 2 disabled children and both working!) but we’re back on it and it’s great. I find my hair and nails improve massively despite taking vitamins when I’m not on it, so there’s some magic in there somewhere!”

“So easy to order and to use the product. I've found most of the shakes, snacks and meals to be really tasty and overall I've found sticking to the plan so much more straightforward than other diets I've done. 1 month in and the weight is falling off.”

“consistently happy with shake the weight products. Makes keeping an eye on your intake easy and fuss free . Bars are my favourite,especially the crispy caramel, they're tasty and filling with that cup of coffee. Excellent service, prompt and efficient.”

“I have been doing the plan for about a week and I am already seeing results. The products are lovely and I'm not left hungry at the end of the day. The praline bars are perfect if you need a bit of a chocolate hit. I would highly recommend.”

“Havent found a shake i dont like yet.. Crisps are really nice option to have. Bars are lovely. Ive tried some of the noodles but they werent for me really. Love the quickly delivery, have lost over a stone in 4 weeks and that is with the odd cheat here and there. Im on 3 products plus a 400 cal meal”
