“I’m on diet with Shake That Weight only 5 days but I really like crispy Carmel and peanut bars and mostly cafe latte shake, but all of shakes are really good. Last year I was on Cambridge diet, but your diet taste better.”

“I'm only 3 days into the Newcastle diet using 3 Shake That Weight shakes and 200 calories from the prescribed vegetable list in soups, salads and stir fries a day. So far I have lost 5 pounds and 3 inches of my fat belly! The hunger pangs are manageable and I believe ease as you progress. I have a lot of weight to lose so this is just the start of a longish path to regain a healthy lifestyle. So far so good.”

“All the products I have tried so far have been excellent. I have only been using them for 2 weeks and have lost 6.5 lbs so very pleased. Much cheaper than similar products I have tried but just as tasty so that is an added bonus.”

“The food supplied, be it shakes. Bars. Meals. Snacks, all are seriously tasty so much so You look forward to your next meal Not only that. You DO loose weight 14 days in I lost over a stone Never did I think that was possible. But, this diet did what it said on the signup The care offered before starting and during confirms this company really do care I received my first 2 weeks Then received a call to see if I had any questions along with advice on using their site I’m well impressed and I know I am not alone The posts in the support group are full of encouraging information and ongoing success stories I have ONE complaint ~ I only wish I had found this diet sooner”

“So far I have tasted six flavours in the shakes I like them all It’s good for me that I can mix them with water to keep the calorie intake down . They are creamy and thick and smooth . I haven’t tried the main meals yet but will be happy to review them later They are much cheaper than other brands I have looked at”
