“I’ve can honestly say that I have loved everything that I have tried from shakes to the ready meals. I have not had any hunger at all and I lost 13lbs in my first week. What’s not to love!?”

“I work for a Production Company and work 12 Hour Shifts, I was looking for something quick and easy but health too and Shake the Weight is perfect for me!! I can keep my weight down and enjoys the thing that are available on the Shake the Weight. I would definitely recommend these product.”

“As with many other VCL diets, this does take a couple of days to get used to. Remember to drink plenty of water but the weight definitely comes off much more rapidly than other diets. The shakes and bars are tasty and the "ready meals" are great as they definitely feel like you are eating regular food and not just soup ! If you've got a fair bit of extra weight to lose, this is a great way to give yourself a kick start and see really speedy results. Give it a go!”

“I love the shakes, which taste fine with water, but have a bit more body when using skimmed milk. My favourites are vanilla, hazelnut and strawberry. They are quite sweet, but that suits my sweet tooth. They mix well in a regular shaker, but I've invested in a usb rechargeable electric shaker and it makes the shakes much creamier. I am loving the caramel and lemon snack bars, but really did not like tge taste or texture of tge chocolate praline bar, as it is dark chocolate with a very grainy filling.”

“Big mistake tried a few then binned the rest when I realized how unhealthy they are compared to real food. They mix terribly in a shaker or mixer very lumpy and the milk content was not good for me as I'm trying to avoid dairy .I would compare them to a milk shake powder with all the additives. I will have a cup of herbal tea when I want a liquid meal no sugar added.”

Thank you for your review. The shakes mix perfectly in a shaker but the shaker needs to have a mixing ball the same as the one on our website. They are a very healthy alternative to a meal and certainly can't be compared to a herbal tea as they are fortified with 1/4 of your daily RDA of vitamins and minerals. They don't have added sugar, the sugar content is naturally occurring sugars in the milk product and are recommended by doctors to diabetic patients to help reduce their blood glucose levels.

“I ordered a few flavours of the shakes and the caramel crunch bars. The shakes taste nice and not as sweet as some others I have tried, I've been having a shake for breakfast and lunch, eating green vegetables for snacks and having a healthy supper, I have lost 3 1/2 lb over six days, I have another week to go, if my weight loss continues I will definitely buy more”

“I lost 4lbs in four days, and my sleeping pattern is terrible but i’ve lost a good amount in a short space of time, the shakes are very nice. Chocolate orange, hazelnut, Normal chocolate are my favourites. Planning to continue!”
