“The meal replacement shakes taste really good and I have been making them with Almond milk (unsweetened). It can make me feel a little nauseous having so much milk so am playing around with adding half water, but that can affect the taste / texture. Have gone down to one a day from two to reduce the milk.”

“I have previously bought another brand, that is no longer available, so tried Shake that Weight. I liked the bars (although I found them a tad to sweet) I am not keen on having to buy milk to make the porridge and shakes. I am not sure I like the texture of the shakes Porridge was ok, but I dont have a microwave, so would prefer them to be in pots that you just add boiling water to.”

“I will give a 3 for the time as I have only been using these for one week. What I will mention though is I thought these would have been better for my diabetes than other brands but I’m finding my blood glucose levels are higher than what they where previously, I will give it some time though and do another review in a months time or so.”

“Hi delivery was quick but sadly not for me. I can’t have milk due to intolerance therefore when mixed with water the taste was not good. Sorry but thank you.”

“In lighter life 15 years back there was a very large nut bar it was filling and worth the price. It was what kept me going. Maybe you can look into creating that bar. I'm disappointed that your bars are so expensive”

“On the website they make a big fuss about the structure of diets, check with your doctor first etc etc.... yet when you order there are no checks, no questions asked. Ir then all arrives in a big box - all mixed up - with no guidance, welcome, support etc - then you find that you need a MICROWAVE (which I refuse to own). It's also not quite so easy as you'd think in that each recipe has a different calorie count so (for the 800 diet) it isn't as easy as just picking 3 or 4 random pouches/meals, you do need to do your maths. Family members have been in stitches how small the portion sizes are - I do wonder whether you'd be better advised to cook a larger meal from scratch and just eat a small part of it? You pay your money, you take your choice, but I shalln't be reordering.”

“Majority of the shakes are nice, with the exception of the newer flavours that have to be mixed with water (cherry bakewell, chocolate hazelnut & tropical) all of these are a very fine power that is almost impossible to mix without getting lumps. All the chocolate bars are nice as are most of the ready meals. I would advise friends to stay clear of most of the soups and all of the standard meals as any i've tried just make me gag.”

“I ordered the variety soup pack, variety noodles pack and variety breakfast pack. I only got three flavours in each. I was disappointed as I was hoping for more of a 'variety'. I've only tried the museli breakfast and chicken noodles so far. Not a fan.”
