Majority of the shakes are nice, with the exception of the newer flavours that have to be mixed with water (cherry bakewell, chocolate hazelnut & tropical) all of these are a very fine power that is almost impossible to mix without getting lumps. All the chocolate bars are nice as are most of the ready meals.
I would advise friends to stay clear of most of the soups and all of the standard meals as any i've tried just make me gag.
