Hi Alex, I am sorry to hear that. The tracking link shows that the courier needs more information about your address. Please email customer services who will be happy to assist you at hello@shakethatweight.co.uk

Shakes are very sweet. Soups that I have had so far are ok. Snacks again are very sweet. Not helpful if trying to stop a sweet tooth

The chocolate porridge is great with water but all of the shakes are just too sweet and full of sugar. There is double the amount of sugar than a bowl of cereal which is more filling. I am sure this didn’t used to be the case 🤷‍♀️

We only use naturally sourced sugars in our meal replacement shakes. In fact each shake has approximately 5g of free (added) natural sugars which is the equivalent of a teaspoon. This means that if you used 4 of our shakes a day for a total food replacement diet you would consume 20g of free sugars daily, which is within the NHS guidelines of 30g of sugar daily for an adult. The rest of the sugars you see in our nutritional table come from the milk and whey protein used to make our shakes. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit and vegetables does not count as free sugars. We do not need to cut down on these sugars, but remember that they are included in the “total sugar” figure found on food labels and in our nutritional tables. The sugars in milk are essential for health. Lactose is a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and confers a range of health benefits.

I only use this company to buy crisps. The rest of their stuff is OK but you can buy them cheaper from competitors like slim n save.

Packaged well, Not that much food in packet and needs a lot of work on making it taste good as it’s quite bland.

The breakfasts are good, the soups are all right. I feel the instructions for the soups don't really work for me. I have the rice dinners, they are quite tasty, but the other dinners seem quite pricey to me.

So far I have only tried the porridge oats and the muesli and they were both good. However, I must protest that I do not want to be called on my house phone before I have woken up, as I was this morning, It was 8.13 a.m, when most people are no doubt up and running, but we are both in our 80's so do not any longer have to get up early. It was an American sounding voice. They gave a completely incomprehensible email address to reply to.

Nice good flavoured shake. Just a shame they charge you postage for order at £34

Most food is absolutely disgusting 🤢 Eg the caramel crunch granola was so sickly sweet. The tomato soup was so unappetising I ended up chucking it . Nothing tastes like real food

Website is so poor to navigate. Why not just have a shop instead of navigating each product. What happened to the wafer bars? The price increase is alot .

Very tasty but has left me feeling very hungry. Minimal support on the website, found groups more helpful.

All products that I've tried are very tasty and I've enjoyed each one. If I had one criticism I still feel hungry on the plan.
