Tried for the first time and they definitely need to me eaten with a coffee or a drink of some sort. I bought the Dark Chocolate which was the nicest and Muesli and White Chocolate that tasted a bit strange but wasn't too bad with a coffee and Crispy Caramel which I found really hard and dry but again ok with a coffee.

I love the flavour of the chocolate shakes, although I feel they are a bit pricey, but it might be that I just can't afford them myself. If I could I'd buy more.

Only been on the shakes for 2 weeks so too soon to say whether they will be effective for me. Some of the flavours I've tried taste a little artificial and not like you would expect them to. Watch out for the use by dates - they vary significantly by flavour - from 1.5 months to 11!!!

Strawberry shakes are nice but took far too long to arrive. When I was placing the order, delivery was stated as Tuesdsy but once I had paid and the order was confirmed the delivery date changed to Thursday.

Shakes are too sweet . Bars are better. Carbonara and spaghetti dishes need fresh herbs and condiments to make palatable .

The strawberry and yogurt bars: The internal silver wrapping rips and sticks to the top of the bar when you unwrap so you have to spend time picking and peeling it off and getting your fingers all sticky

Hi Alex, I am sorry to hear that. The tracking link shows that the courier needs more information about your address. Please email customer services who will be happy to assist you at hello@shakethatweight.co.uk

Shakes are very sweet. Soups that I have had so far are ok. Snacks again are very sweet. Not helpful if trying to stop a sweet tooth

The chocolate porridge is great with water but all of the shakes are just too sweet and full of sugar. There is double the amount of sugar than a bowl of cereal which is more filling. I am sure this didn’t used to be the case 🤷‍♀️

We only use naturally sourced sugars in our meal replacement shakes. In fact each shake has approximately 5g of free (added) natural sugars which is the equivalent of a teaspoon. This means that if you used 4 of our shakes a day for a total food replacement diet you would consume 20g of free sugars daily, which is within the NHS guidelines of 30g of sugar daily for an adult. The rest of the sugars you see in our nutritional table come from the milk and whey protein used to make our shakes. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit and vegetables does not count as free sugars. We do not need to cut down on these sugars, but remember that they are included in the “total sugar” figure found on food labels and in our nutritional tables. The sugars in milk are essential for health. Lactose is a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and confers a range of health benefits.

I only use this company to buy crisps. The rest of their stuff is OK but you can buy them cheaper from competitors like slim n save.

Packaged well, Not that much food in packet and needs a lot of work on making it taste good as it’s quite bland.
