“Found the website difficult to follow . Not sure if what I ordered would come . Don't like the idea that you have the buy £50 worth before getting free postage . The shakes are good .”

“Mixes well, tastes ok at first but leaves an after taste about an hr later. Was so hungry within hr and half. That’s only 1 shake down so will keep going but so far not impressed at all”

“I’m having trouble with all the sugar in the cereals and shakes. It’s making my heart race and making me feel awful. I do feel more full with the vitamins and minerals in the products, but I think with some items having a teaspoon or more of sugar, I will have to restrict what I eat with this, maybe just a protein bar for dinner so I am not hungry. I am glad it doesn’t have artificial sweeteners though as those are bad for you too (some say cause cancer, unknown for sucralose) and artificial sweeteners gave me gastritis at one point having a vitamin drink a day as they are proven to alter your gut flora in a bad way, and I know 1:1 does this, but perhaps a little less sugar in some items… the chocolate cereal I absolutely couldn’t handle as my heart was racing and I couldn’t wait for it to wear off. I can only guess it was sugar unless it has caffeine. A diet really shouldn’t include sugary things so I am going to try to eat mostly savoury now and try just one bar at night.”

“Chocolate, caramel and vanilla were okay. The rest had little to no flavour. The chocolate hazelnut one also had a very strong chemical taste to it. All but the caramel and vanilla one had bits in them even after virlgoursly shaking them. I wouldn't buy again, remind me of the exact shakes”

“The box I ordered turned up quickly and was well packaged. I have only been trying these products for 3 days so far so can’t really say if they work or not. I’ve tasted the shakes and soups and they are okay.”

“I like the products but microwaving is no good cooking them in a saucepan is better and it doesn’t explode in the pan it does in the microwave so I think u should change your cooking methods it’s much better cooking on a stove in a microwave porridge is quite gluey in texture not like real porridge oats and noodle meals don’t have much flavour I find I have to add flavour herbs and spices etc didn’t like any soups but other products were good it needs to be more affordable to be best in competitive market I would definitely order more if they were cheaper”

“The shakes are not that nice tbh. I’ve had better ones. These are very thick and not very falvoursome. The meals that I’ve had are lovely I’ve really enjoyed those and the soups and bars are nice as well. The porridge is awful it tasted like salt and I tried two different favours.”
