“I can't leave a zero review star because that's what they are worth it. Don't waste your money. I bought a big box, spent so much money and they made me sick. Not good at all. And the costumer service not helpful. I have tried other weight loss products but this one is the worst.”

“I never received my order, and tge company has not refunded me either. The man that works in customer service is extremely unhelpful not to mention rude amd he told me to stop "trolling" them online. The success of a business is built on customer experience and reviews, so i have a right to leave a bad review given i have been left out of pocket. Effectively they have stolen my money, so be warned this could happen to you too !”

“Meal replacement Bars tasted absolutely disgusting, packs that were still in original packaging not able to be refunded ‘company policy’ taste is nothing like the more expensive competition.”

“I actually havnt recieved my products yet, they should of arrived 2 days ago and not arrived, I'm not very happy about it.. Would like to be refunded as I paid extra for 24 hour track”

“I recently received my first order and i have so far, only tried the “crispy strawberry bars” I have never tasted a meal replacement bar so disgusting that I was unable to take more than one bite. It has an extremely bitter aftertaste that lingers for a very long time. I have contacted the customer service helpline as the bars are apparently, non returnable so I am left with 20 unusable products that are clearly not fit for purpose!!!”

“Ordered the Crispy strawberry bars and the best before date was just over a week when I received them. They taste stale and the foil from the wrapper sticks to the bar. The company have been most unhelpful but acknowledge the fact that it is a bbf date. So when ordering from them request a good bbf date.”

“orderd the strawberry and yoghurt protein bars, seen that they were on offer so bought them, and when I received them I tried one they were really hard and tasted not very nice at all, and looked at the date and the expiry date was up on them, Not happy shall be contacting 'shake the weight' for a refund!”

The sugar values do seem high on paper but its important to remember that the majority of this value comes the natural "simple" sugars in milk used to make the products, which is not the same as free (added) sugar. In fact each shake has approximately 5g of free (added) sugars which is the equivalent of a teaspoon and we only use naturally sourced sugars in our products. The rest of the sugars you see in our nutritional table come from the milk and whey protein used to make our shakes. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit and vegetables does not count as free sugars. We do not need to cut down on these sugars, but remember that they are included in the "total sugar" figure found in our nutritional tables. The sugars in milk are essential for health. Lactose is a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and confers a range of health benefits.
