The products caused me a serious constipation after taking it for 4 days. I purchased a bundle for a week and stopped using it after 3 days. I’m still struggling to take it off my system. The microwaveable products taste chemical and nothing like actual food. The shakes to be honest taste good but again not tasting natural. I feel like not only I through away my money & half these products but so concerned about what it’s done to my body :(
