“I’d made the decision before I started the plan, to stick to it 7 days a week for the first couple of weeks. So 1 week in and, although the weekend was difficult, the variety of food, textures and tastes made this so much easier than I expected. Having 4 different meals / meals replacements per day also made it easier, as I’m not having to go as long between meals. I’m drinking plenty of water and having 2 coffees a day too. My gut has struggled a bit with the significant change to diet but it has improved as the week has gone on. Overall, I’m really pleased with the amount of choice, fast delivery and the price of the plan.”

“Great taste, great variety...I would just say that some of the shakes come out a bit lumpy, even with huge effort with the shaker I purchased. I also think, charging for the shaker, given that results aren't always great, seems a bit greedy.”

“Usually love the Cafe latte Shakes but the last lot I ordered taste horrible! Have ypu changed the ingredients or have I got a bad batch!? Such a shame as they were so nice!”
