“The shakes are a little too sweet for me but they are nice. The choco mint one is yummy. And the protein caramel oat bar. I’ve not tried the meals yet. I found that the shakes leaves me hungry after.”

“You lose the weight you need to lose. Most of the food is fine, I’ve been losing 3-5 pounds a week and still feel like iv been eating properly. You see results fast and its great. This is my before wedding diet and its working great”

“Have used these shakes on and off for a few years now, they do work. I prefer to make with water as not a milk lover. Enj the Carmel and banana shakes over the other flavours.”
