“I bought these for my daughter. She really enjoyed the shakes and the porridge but was disappointed with the maple syrup pancakes which did not cook well, tended to go a bit gloopy. While she enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken pouch she didn’t really like the packet meals, carbonara, bolegnaise and chicken veg with noodles. She said they tasted very artificial . Having said that , the products that she has tried have kept her full, drinking plenty of water helped.”

“Love the cafe latte. Love the lemon meal bars ( when in stock. I’m gluten intolerant and these products, although a little pricey are the best for me. Very quick delivery too.”

“I've tried a lot of meal replacement products recently and these are by far the most palatable. No powdery residue in the shakes and the ready meals, although expensive, are really tasty.”

“I only use the milk shakes and bars which are all excellent, lovely tasting, I've also tried the popper crisps which just taste like normal crisps full of flavour. Would definitely recommend!!”

“I have used both the bars and the shakes and can honestly say that they all taste good I use the bars at work as it's easier and the porridge is good in the morning. The shakes are nice with crushed ice and yes I have lost weight they work xxx”
