“I love the pumpkin seed bars, the lemon one is not very lemony but ok. All of the ones with white chocolate/Yoghurt seem to have a strange taste from the coating but again edible. I am now willing to try some of the other products next time”

“The large sachet meals are lovely,shakes are good but need more flavours. The wafers tasted a bit stale,cookies and cream and peanut, received them in August and use by date was end of that month,so not so good.”

“Just a week in doing this properly and hoping my first week results come in good. I’m a type one diabetic and apart from the odd low blood sugar my sugars have stayed in range and been nice and steady. The bars and meals generally taste nice but I would prefer to have more texture in my diet. Feel like I have managed to succeed so far which I wasn’t expecting. Wish I had bought the beginners pack with a shaker.”

“I loved the shakes and have ordered repeatedly since April. However the shakes I received this week tasted different - not in a good way. When I enquired I was told the sweetener they use has changed. I have had to return for a refund. Very disappointed.”

“Most of the products from Shake that Weight are extremely nice, there are a few I am not keen on but that is personal choice as others love them. They are all full of flavour and very satisfying. Would highly recommend.”

“It works. The products taste great. There are a couple of the products I don't care for, but that is down to personal preference. I don't get hungry on this diet. It's great.”

“Fantastic so far, I have done 2 days so far and I feel great, more energy than I thought I would. The shakes are delicious, my favourites are Banana, Strawberry and the white chocolate and raspberry one. But I have not found one I don’t like, which leaves me excited to try the next.”

“The shake s that I have include the carnal and banana . I had 3 chicken meals and they are all horrible. I will try something different before I completely give up on my diet . The strewbarry chispy bar is horrible.”
