“I love most of the products I have tried so far, all of the shakes except white choc and raspberry. All of the bars are delicious! Love the noodles, not tried any soups and have enjoyed a couple of the ready meals I’ve tried! Also love all the snacks!”

“I have used shake that weight in the past with good results. I like the peanut choc bars and shakes. Not ordered any of the meals on this occasion as I find them unpalatable. The porridge is nice though if you fancy something warm to eat.”

“So far so good, never believe the “feel fuller for longer” when consuming less calories but 3/4 days in and I have a shake for breakfast - (nice boost of energy for the morning) - the a protein bar around 10/11am - (keeps me going for longer) - I combine this with a cooked meal with Tuna, Chicken or Turkey with Veg to get rid of a salty craving and then a packet for dinner when I get home with some peanuts if I’m extra hungry”
