“I have tried shakes , bars and snacks all very nice and tasty. Peanut bar is my all time fav , I can honestly say they fill me up and I’m my first two weeks I’ve lost almost a stone.”

“Losing weight and size. Using only shakes at the moment but I have tried the meal bars and the chilli beef noodles, which were all good. Only thing I did not like was the walnut shake. Price is ok a little cheaper than Cambridge.”

“Not all the products come up at the same time while shopping, I did not find all the products under the 'SHOP' label and had to order a second time. I love the bars and the porridge, I lost 7lbs in the first week and only felt slightly hungry a couple of times. I have not tried all the products yet but I am very pleased with this outcome so far.”

“I really struggle with diets. Most recently I was trying Weight Watchers and I just found I was spending most of my time either planning my shopping, shopping, planning my cooking or cooking. I was really thinking about food all the time, and that's really not good. I looked at Cambridge, but I'm not interested in having a "consultant"...and the products are expensive. So I tried STW. The products are good value and most of them are really delicious (I don't like any of the dry mix main meals, but the shakes, bars and pouches are great). I don't need to think about cooking...I can get on with my life, and I seem to be losing weight. The online ordering is a doddle and it seems I can stick to the program.”
