“The food tastes better than a I thought and is filling. I really enjoy the bars they are delicious especially if you have a sweet tooth (like me), they really fill the spot when you want to have something naughty. I have lost 5lbs in the first week so I am super happy and feel great!”

“Very easy to order, great choice of products Have so far enjoyed spaghetti bolognese, chilli noodles, maple pancakes, strawberry milk shake. Have just ordered some ready meals can't wait to try them. Have so far been losing apps a pound a week which I am happy with.”

“Shake weight makes it easy to stick to a plan and know that I am getting all the nutrition I need daily. The meals and bars ate equally yummy, however, for my personal taste I find the shakes much too sweet(with the odd excrption).”

“I my first shake from you this morning it's lovley. I had coconut bar for lunch which I enjoy as well... the diet drinks are nice to... I weight my self this morning and lost 5pounds so feeling positive for rest my journey through out my diet.”
