“I bought these ready meals for my car emergency kit but have tried a few of them and they are excellent. It's a pity the Best Before Date is only one year. Other than that they are great. A++++”

“I have tried both the chicken meals and the shakes and I love them. As I have not long had them I haven't seriously taken any weight measurements, but I hope that I do ' shake the weight' that I managed to gain over Christmas and more.”

“I lov the plan it's easy to follow not alot of preparing to do, only I.ve slipped off plan for a bit as Christmas is a special occasion for everyone I lost my son 5 years ago to murder so am up and down at the moment but new year am back on plan this weight has to go”
