“I’ve completed first week, lost 2kg. I have been following 800kcal ish. You can make this plan work to how you want to do it. For me it’s about planning. I have a target of weight and timeframe. By having meal plans or products I can plan ahead. Initially I opted for two weeks at 800kcal, with products. I may continue this for three weeks, then plan to up to 1000kcals for two weeks with products and home cooked controlled meals. Yes of course you can plan low calorie foods at home, but if you struggle with this then the plan is there to help. I am also gluten intolerant, this plan has lots of gluten free options. Very simple and delicious. I’ve been having a shake, then risotto with salad, and a ready meal with veggies. I’ve been tracking these on an app, all the products have scanned. Also had the scales out and measuring jug so know what I’ve been having re side veggies. I really dislike the bars, not for me.”

“Very happy so far. I ordered for my partner who is on the NHS Habitual diet and can’t get the products he wants. I tried a chocolate porridge and it was very nice. Not so keen on the sachet meals but they’re Ok if you’re on a restrictive diet.”

“So far so good! I love most of the meal sachets and shakes but I’m not so keen on the soups. Fast delivery, lots of choice, easy to use website and I like that you can mix and match your favourites! So far I’m really enjoying it. I have a 1 year old so it’s an easy way to eat healthily quickly and no fuss. I can’t wait to see how much weight I lose at the end!”

“Shake my weight products are more that meal replacements, they are properly prepared and cooked meals that would suit any dining table. I have tried numerous slimming foods mostly they taste of plastercine or plastic and obviously made from cheap ingredients. I have lost 2 stone in weight , I feel marvelous, more energy and I don't feel hungry or "dieting". This is the best system yet and affordable.”

“I have tried various varieties of the bars and they have all been tasty. I have tried chocolate shakes which are very nice and tasty. The banana flavour I would not recommend as they are similar to an oral antibiotic syrups.”

“Am currently on Xyla and their porridge products have run out... so ordered apple and cinnamon, chocolate and original porridge from STW. Quick dispatch- though Royal Mail could take some tips with delivery. Taste of the porridge is lovely. Can be made up with water or skimmed milk-I use water. Enjoyable for a TDR product”

“I am greatly enjoying the products and find that they support the management of Type 2 Diabetes. I am slightly disappointed that the water flavourings are no longer available and am struggling to find alternative options.”

“I split my meals into containers for breakfast and lunch meals for convenience. The meals up to now I am finding to be tasty and filling. The free shaker is useful as it has a measuring scale for liquids on the side.”

“Started on Shakes as I need to loose weight. Loving all flavours in shakes so far, especially Cafe Latte, white chocolate & raspberry, chocolate mint, it makes it so much easier to stick to with such nice creamy flavours. I ordered starter pack which as helped me on my journey and gave me I sight to a range of products.”
