“Brilliant they taste so good & are (to me) filling as they are a full meal. I haven’t yet tried the Chicken curry or the C with brown rice. I also like them as they are under or Around 200 cals a pkt Thank you so very much”

“Being able to control the amount of calories I eat and get a variety of food packs really helps me stick to my calorie deficit. I enjoy the shakes in particular the chocolate mint and banana the soups are tasty and the carbonara and risotto are my favourite meals. With a decent sweet fix in the peanut bar and strawberry bar 👍🏼”

“I have done the Cambridge Diet before and so am delighted to see that there are many more choices available with the ShakeThatWeight recipes and meals. This means that I expect i will be able to lose the weight and enjoy the food without feeling too hungry. I do like the fact that i can have an evening snack with the crisps and chocolate snack and still hold to the diet.”

“I started taking it last Tuesday 14/11/23, I was 50kg, today it's Thursday 16/11/23 I'm down to 49kg. I'm so amazed how quick I lose a kilo. I take 1 shake in morning and 1 shake for lunch then a proper meal for dinner. The shakes are filling and so yummy! It's no joke! It really works!”

“Very good value compared to similar products. I only buy the meals in packets, majority are tasty and not as small portioned as I expected. My favourites are carbonara and spag bol.”

“I’ve been doing total plan for 16 days and it’s gone extremely well. It’s a straightforward program, easy to follow and results are very noticeable already. My favourites are tomato soup and chocolate shakes. I’m aiming to do another 2 weeks and I’ll be ready for holiday parties.”
