“Not as good as I had hoped for. Easy enough to make, but not really a good pea soup tast, or thickness. But it was worth trying I suppose.”

“I’ve started these products and stuck to it determined for best results, the spag bowl is lovely I do add a dash of chilli powder and garlic to it, it’s all great for diet food, I’m feeling great and I’ve lost 6lb already on plan, glad I found this site and didn’t pay ridiculous money on the 1.1 diet, also Delivery was super fast , #positivemind”

“I’m no stranger to ‘Shake That Weight’ products, having used them to knock back my Type 2 diabetic diagnosis to normal some years ago by loosing three and half stone in 8 weeks. I now use them every now and then to keep my weight in check. Needless to say, I am obviously, a fan of STW products. Regards. BJ.”

“The shakes are not that nice tbh. I’ve had better ones. These are very thick and not very falvoursome. The meals that I’ve had are lovely I’ve really enjoyed those and the soups and bars are nice as well. The porridge is awful it tasted like salt and I tried two different favours.”

“Very impressed so far. Have done Cambridge and Lighter Life before and these products are so much better in flavour and texture. Really enjoyed the cherry bakewell and all the bars. Would highly recommend and will be buying again. Hope the results (weight loss) are as good.”
