“I have used STW before and got on with it very well and love the products but as we do I put it back on as I back in the old dull routine of life and then I was put On the NHS Diet plan during this time they used your products during this period I manage to lose a lot of Weight and will keep using your great products so I can maintain I know that STW works and is also trusted by the NHS that along with your great tasty products I know I should be ok. So thanks STW”

“The bars are claggy and taste very powdery. After doing the 1:1 diet theirs were really tasty in comparison. Obviously yours are cheaper and maybe this is why the product doesn’t taste as good.”

“I only received my 4 ‘sample’ pack today, sent for to taste your products! Just had the banana shake and, sorry to say, didn’t like it much. It’s very ‘cornfloury’ in taste and left an unpleasant backtaste for some time. Not good so far, 3 more still to try though!”

“I have used Shake That Weight for some time. Previously lost 4 stone, but fell of the wagon a bit recently. Now back on a plan and have every faith I’ll be back to where I want to be. Speedy delivery and on the right day. Fab service and a product that works.”

“Enjoy 2 products for specially, the crispy caramel meal bars, and the beef chilli noodles. I have 2 of each every day. Please don't discontinue them!! Lost nearly 3 stone using these products so far. The beauty of it is the fact you don't have to even think about what you're going to eat. Which is exactly what I need.”

“Customer service is excellent! I made an error on my online order so rang them up and had a very friendly man answer and he helped solve my problem. I’ve only purchased the shakes and so far the tropical is my favourite even mixed with water instead of milk, I could drink that as a normal drink not a diet one. All the flavours are really nice, not had a bad one yet. Only just started them so can’t review on weight loss yet but Highly recommend on taste and service”

“I like the products but microwaving is no good cooking them in a saucepan is better and it doesn’t explode in the pan it does in the microwave so I think u should change your cooking methods it’s much better cooking on a stove in a microwave porridge is quite gluey in texture not like real porridge oats and noodle meals don’t have much flavour I find I have to add flavour herbs and spices etc didn’t like any soups but other products were good it needs to be more affordable to be best in competitive market I would definitely order more if they were cheaper”

“First time I`ve ordered, tho over the years have used Cambridge/LighterLife/Exante. Shake the Weight products good so far. Shakes are fine powder so they mix up well. I mix chocolate shake with hot milk for a breakfast hot chocolate. Porridge is ok more of a semolina texture (but nothing like old style school dinners!). Meal pouches have been ok and make a welcome change to shakes/soups/bars. Good variety of flavours, so all in all pleased with products. Only reason for 4 star (not a 5 star) review is the price....”

“Excellent, effective product, and very quick delivery. After having great success using these products several years ago, now, whenever I find I've gained unnecessary weight, I simply order a couple of weeks worth of product and get back to normal, quickly. Can't speak highly enough about this company and its products.”

“Ordered the starter pack- very few shakes/bars and lots of unpleasant sounding savoury. I have been trying these but unfortunately the product give me terrible acid and a very upset stomach- I do not have these issues with other products. I will not be purchasing again.”

“Absolutely love the beef and sweet potato stew one of the best ready made meals I’ve tried and I’ve tried many very filling a full of flavour you can add vegetables or salad to it but I find it filling just on its own.”
