“Shake that Weight and some discipline have helped me lose some excess weight that had been hard to shift. And the experience wasn't one of deprivation. The meals, shakes and bars were acceptable substitutions for my usual diet and the calorie counting wasn't left up to chance. It worked for me and I will continue to maintain my weight with the help of these products when needed.”

“I’ve only had one of the bars. I got the starter/tester 4 bars offer and was looking forward to the peanut and chocolate one. I was very disappointed as I couldn’t taste any peanuts or find any peanuts. I wondered if it has been incorrectly packaged 😭😭”

“I’ve only ordered the 14-meal tub of chocolate milkshake powder. It arrived next day as asked for. I tried it for my breakfast meal this morning and was amazed how pleasant it was to drink - verrrry chocolatey! I now plan to order larger amounts as I plan to substitute the shake for 2 meals a day. I’m going to look into buying the soups and other items also. I’m so glad my friend recommended this. I gained 3 stones stopping smoking and now it’s time to Shake That Weight!”

“Bowled over by the products, I have used Cambridge Weight Plan a number of times in the past but find these much more palatable and filling and a lot better value. Love the Cottage Pie, Curry Noodles and Coconut bar the most but all are very tasty and easy to make. Big variety to choose from. I have 7-8 stones to lose and have lost a stone in 17 days, I have improved energy levels already and feel very motivated. No hunger at all. Customer Service is excellent, orders process very fast and I choose DPD for delivery so my order arrives in under 24 hours, even through Black Friday and Christmas rush! So far I can't fault anything and really enjoying the simplicity and the products. Thank you Shake That Weight.”

“Excellent variety of packs to choose from. Have enjoyed most of them, especially the chocolate caramel muesli, all 3 of the noodle meals and all the soups are delicious. Easy to order, parcel came quickly and was well packed. Please get more shakes that can be made with water please.”

“I have used these products for the first time this week. The taste is very good. The texture and consistency is a very good particularly with the more solid foods. I really felt like I had eaten something after eating the curry noodles. I also loved the fact that I could make pancakes for myself and feel part of the family Saturday morning breakfast club, the only issue is that they are quite expensive. That said I think they are value for money Samantha”

“Really delicious especially the choc bars. The meals are filling and may need a little added seasoning but not all of them. Very good value for money. 200 calories per meal is a sensible amount and makes the ‘diet’ achievable……”
