“My daughter has lost 10lbs and shared her secret with me, explaining that it was so easy and unlike another product beginning with L she was never hungry. I read all about it online and was impressed with all that I read. I decided to do the 4 meal plan and have loved all the flavours so far. I begin my day with the yummy porridge and the chocolate heaven is well described. I started on Friday and lost 6lbs over the weekend, amazing. Thank you Daughter for recommending it to me.”

“Pros: Excellent service and speedy delivery. Have tried most of the products and find them all to be delicious, much better than Cambridge and Lighter Life. Fabulous prices too! Cons: The bars are very small, with the expection of the ‘big one’ I found they (bars only) were not filling at all although they are all very tasty.”

“The order process was easy and I liked that you were able to choose the products that suited you. Delivery was as expected. This is Day 3 for me, so I can’t comment on weight loss just yet. Only negative would be: products require microwave to thicken up eg: porridge, noodles, rice etc so they’re not overly practical for travel/work”

The shakes should be quire thick and creamy so your comments would suggest that you are not measuring the water correctly.Please double check that you are using what is advised on the pack. You can always vary the quantity to suit your personal taste. Sorry they didn't fill you up, most customers find them very satisfying.

I'm sorry that DPD have had issues delivering your parcel. Unfortunately once dispatched we have no control over the actual delivery. We replied to you yesterday to say that we had contacted them and your parcel would be delivered today. I have just checked the tracking and it is on a van now on its way to you.

“Early days yet (I've had one shake, one soup and one meal) The shake was lumpy but the taste OK and the meal was bearable but looked awful. Will see what the next packets are like before deciding. The soup was the best of the three.”

The shakes shouldn't be lumpy they should be smooth and creamy. You need to mix in a shaker (like the ones on our website) or in a blender or with a whisk.

“I have only been doing this for a few days, but am finding the shakes very nice. I’ve tried two of the soups and they’ve been ok as well. The only one that I haven’t enjoyed was the porridge. I’m feeling full mostly, and it’s an eating plan that’s easy to keep to. So far, so good.”

“Having done several Vlcd I have found that while they don’t have the biggest range their products are the nicest. The snacks in particular are very useful! Customer service is excellent and delivery time is brilliant. Very happy”

“Delivery perfect, I can’t comment on weight loss as I’m 4 days in and have lost a few lbs but it’s probably water weight. I am finding it easy to stick to and most of the shakes are nice, soup is a bit powdery, but overall good products. I’m going to try and stick with this for a few weeks I will do another review when I’ve had more experience of the diet 😃 overall so far, brilliant x Grace”

If the soups are powdery the water is probably not hot enough. You could always pop into the microwave for a few seconds if this is the case.
