“Quick delivery. One thing that could be improved is the layout of the site, especially when ordering to know what you have already ordered would be helpful, instead of scrolling up and down the range of products. Responsive, although I may add only by email tried calling a few times with no answer (went to voicemail).”

“I've tried all the flavours of shakes and noodles and most of the soups now and they've all been nice - some are really nice (the latte and caramel shakes are so good!). The free shaker is handy too. I lost 4lbs in the first week, and that was having small bits of food like meat and veg as well as 4 STW meals per day - I then had a week off because of life getting in the way, but I'm back on it today and ready to start properly. I'll look on the first week as a test. There is a lot of variety of flavours - this time I ordered the standard selection but next time I'll order more of my favourites and leave out some of the others I don't like as much. Have to say I've not been that hungry on it as the protein really filled me up - I can definitely do it for 6 weeks, if not 12.”

Thanks for your review. The products are all suitable for vegetarians as they contain no animal products with the exception of the ready meals.

“Delivery is fast. Its a bit expensive for me but much better than slimming world food that goes out as fast as it comes in. The meals need an extra low calorie suppliment but is very tasty. Even the shakes taste better than slim fast. Im impressed with the products, wish i can buy it for the whole family as its healthy and tasty.”

“I have been on many diet plans and a similar plan to Shake That Weight - had some success, but because of the expense, I had to give up. With STW however, I find the products enjoyable and filling, as well as affordable. I am at present on day 5 of the 6 week plan and I am feeling full all the time. I definitely love the Cheeky Chicken Curry and Chicken and Veg, Delicious and full of flavour. I would highly recommend STW to anyone who wants to lose weight either quickly or at their own pace, as the cost of this is probably cheaper than they would spend on a weekly shop for themself. Plus all the hassle of preparing and cooking is taken away - although I do still cook for my family; but I don't need to worry about what I want to eat.”

“First time of trying women’s package x4 shakes/noodles/soups per day. Lost 7lb in a week Husband did men’s x5 shakes per day 9.4lbs over a week. Easy to use, felt full. Will continue with one less and a small meal. Thanks”

“The taste of the shakes are fabulous and I really enjoy drinking them, as I do the water lemon flavor. They are all so very good "value for money" and as I say, with the taste.... great!”

“Using the shakes and noodles I reached my target weight quickly but, being diabetic, I founf the sugar content of some of the items to be excessive.”

Thank you. The shakes actually contain less sugar than the ones used for the Newcastle university diet. It's mostly naturally occuring sugars not added so as a type 2 diabetic please don't be concerned.

“Im not a fan of shakes so i thought ud try the trial pack and see where ill go from there. I must admit that the shake wasnt my favourite but it wasnt unpleasant and it kept me going way past lunch when i had noodles. They were so filling that I didnt pick when I got home for tea which consisted of grilled chicken, salad and a few baby potatoes. Its nearly bedtime and ive just realised I havent even eaten my snack bar. No hunger pangs so next step is definitely ordering more!”

“Shake that weight products are affordable and good value for money. They are far less to buy than other rival products. They taste good and do the trick. They help me to maintain my weight. Their ready meals are excellent and give you more than rival products. None of them take long to prepare. I am a big fan and will continue to use them. They also deliver the next day - amazing!”

“Got 4 xsamples to try as didn’t want to commit to large packs. Strawberry = very sweet, so won’t buy anymore. Banana = seemed really refreshing ( dont know how but it did) chocolate = I loved. Vanilla. - great. Will be ordering for me and hubby. Hopefully I can order ‘samples’ of some of the other flavours to.”
