“Nice Quick and Easy Website, Registration was a doddle and amazed at next day delivery by DPD. Started off immediately that day as there's no time like the present, the flavours are great much better than other VLCD diets I've tried before.”

If you are only having 2 products a day and also exercising you are probably not consuming enough calories and your body will be trying to hold onto the fat to use for energy.Our woman plan with a meal is 3 products per day not 2 You need to consume a minimum of 600 calories per day and also allow for exercise calories burnt and try to replace these with healthy calories ie another product.

“The diet is working after a month on it, I am continuing for a few more weeks. My only complaint is that twice I have not received my full order and then have had to wait quite a long time for the additional items to arrive.”

“I thought the shakes and bar were good. The noodles tasted fine but the microwave dried them out. I tried a chicken meal and thought it was horrible. The spinach sauce was gloopy & gelly like - quite disgusting.”
