“I purchased some soups and some muesli for breakfast. Soups were very tasty and filling, so was the Muesli, so I have ordered some more, I have also ordered some other bits I haven’t tried yet but if they are as tasty and what I have already had then that would be great. I look forward to eating them. Highly recommend and good value too”

“This diet works the same as the Cambridge diet or 1:1 but it’s more manageable as you can have milk in your hot drinks and drink sugar free squash if you don’t like just water. It’s easier to stick to. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose a little quicker than normal plus it’s better than slim fast.”

“Customer service is great! Reliable delivery and the products are fantastic! I was actually given TDR products by my doctor but when their company let me down with delivery I purchased these products so I could get started and I’m so glad I did. “Shake That Weight has certainly helped me when I have needed it. As we are fully aware, we can all let ourselves go on occasions & it it so hard to loose the weight that you have gained in that period. Nevertheless, when I do need to loose some weight, I always return to Shake That Weight shakes and food. I always accomplish amazing results in a short period of time becuase I am dedicated and the shakes/food are outstanding and reasonably priced. They are true to their word as long as you put the effort in.”
