This diet works the same as the Cambridge diet or 1:1 but it’s more manageable as you can have milk in your hot drinks and drink sugar free squash if you don’t like just water. It’s easier to stick to. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose a little quicker than normal plus it’s better than slim fast.
