“This is the first diet that's worked for me & it keeps working. I'm not hungry but if I do have a little pang I eat a bar or some zippers. They're GREAT, I don't eat a whole bar or bag as I don't need to. I love virtually everything STW has to offer apart from one shake & one breakfast so I have an amazing choice every day.”

“Fantastic variety of products, flavours are great and delivery really fast. I had achieved some success on the Lipotrim diet and when that company folded I really struggled to find a similar VLC meal replacement programme that had products that were not too sickly sweet and had sufficient flavours to be sustainable for longer than a few days. Shake That Weight more than meets that criteria and I am delighted to have found them. I am over 11lbs down in the first two weeks and have not felt hungry or shortchanged once.”
