“Meals are fab. Much better than any I had on the Cambridge. Taste of something and fill me up. Shakes are fab too ! Cheaper than others I’ve tries”

“The shakes are surprisingly very tasty especially the strawberry. The snack bars, especially the Muesli and the yogurt and lemon bars are really awful I would rather not eat. The meals are the worst, I tried the Chicken, Mushroom and rice yesterday and I couldn’t take another bite. They smell quite pleasant but taste so awful o felt like throwing up. I think I would rather stick with my healthy eating and maybe substitute one of my daily meals with ‘Shake That Weight’ shakes.”

“4 days in 3lb gone I know it may only be water for a minute but I feel so much better on the shakes and every single shake is thick and creamy i love this plan! And I had next day delivery!”

“There is a lot of variety which means that you can stick with your favourites and not get bored. The ready meals are a real plus... and really tasty. They don’t seem to be available elsewhere. Haven’t had any hunger issues... but this is only day 3! Facebook forum is very useful.”

“Ordered trail shakes pack , very fast delivery , only had 2 of the shakes so far , not sure at moment , they taste very sweet with milk not too bad with water ! So will decide shortly whether to order more ..”

“I absolutely love these products. So far I've had the chocolate, choc mint, strawberry and banana. They are so creamy and that's with just adding water. The bars are lovely. Although I wish the chocolate ones were bigger. Im only on day 2 and I feel great. As an ex customer of the Cambridge diet I can honestly say that these products are far tastier. I can't wait to loose my 4 stone and I know I will be able to do it with these products”

“I've done various VLCD diets and found this has by far the best selection of packs and even the meals and snack options are amazing. Would recommend to anyone. Much cheaper that others aswell.”
