“I have been really surpried by how delicious ALL the food is; I haven't felt I'm missing out. I particularly like the vegetarian meal options and wish the company would do more of these: for starters I suggest vegetarian sausages with lentils as well as meatballs with lentils. The milkshakes aren't too sweet and the soups aren't too thin. And I don't feel hungry, yet I am losing weight!”

“Food packs come in a wide range of flavours and are a good quality and very filling whilst keeping low calories for a VLCD. Bars purchased are a nice evening sweet treat.”

“I really like the shakes have know problem mixing them .the chocolate bars are good when your up and off . And love the breakfast. The only thing can be a bit expensive when you don't have much .but thank you”
