“I only sent for the taster pack, came very quickly, lived the strawberry shake and big choc bar, also the musili but not keen on the tomato soup, very watery and little taste, rather make my own or have it out the tin.”

“I have been pleasantly surprised with this eating regime and products, in fact, over the moon! In my 1st week I lost 8lb, the products are very tasty, I was super surprised at the quality of taste, and the fact I don't feel hungry, makes it much easier to stick to! The products are very reasonably priced, delivery is super quick, often next day, however, my only negative is the fact you have to spend £50 to get free postage, which I think is excessive, and actually stops me buying so often and makes it difficult to place an "additional" order if I forget some items or trial an item and like it and want to order more, I think £25 min order would have been reasonable 😉”

“Second week in. Have to keep up the water consumption or I get hungry. Best liked : the bars, not tried them all yet, but the peanut one, the dark choc one, the toffee crisp, pumpkin seed onelr are all tasty. The porridge or a shake for breakfast is great The pork and Dijon and beef with sweet potato meals the best I've tried Not keen on the dry meals , esp not the carbonara. Soups fine . Lost 7.6 lbs in 2 weeks, with one low calorie home made meal included.”

“Good choice of shakes and definitely fill you up , the dried meals not so good but the vacuum packed much better but quite pricy for the amount you get .”

“Had an odd taste when I started but got used to it after a couple of days. The shakes need ice with them and are super tasty made up that way. Still not crazy about the noodles they have a strange taste to them but it's not terrible. The evening meals are so good, total star of the show. They don't taste at all like microwave meals I was very impressed.”

“So far I’ve lost 1 lb per day which is great! Not felt hungry at all. The muesli, curry soup and noodles aren’t that great but the packet Bolognese and ready meals are really nice - as is the dark choc bar. Banana milkshake has been the better one.”

“I really enjoy all the ready meals I order from here, they taste great & keep me full for hours. They are really easy to prepare too. My favourites are the beef stew & the sweet & sour. My only slight issue (which stopped this from being a 5 star review) is that none of the other amazing products available cater for dietary issues, I'm not able to eat products with dairy in so I can only really have the ready meals, my friend who is also gluten free can't even eat most of those!”
