“Very pleased so far. Shakes taste great and I am not hungry. I replace 2meals a day and have a small evening meal and have lost 2lb this week.”

“Wasn't looking forward to this but it was recommended by my Diabetic Nurse to try this. I have and I'm 4 days in. I've alrready lost weight and I'm not really craving sugary foods. Both the shakes and soups are quite enjoyable, tasty and much better than I expected. Sure...I'd rather be eating chocolate, roast dinners, bread, cakes etc....but at the end oif the day I don't want to have a heart attack or worsen my Diabetes...so this is ideal. Enjoying the experience so far.”

“I buy the hazelnut and chocolate shakes and any of the chocolate bars they are all very nice I have tried other bars from other companies and they have an after taste shake the weight don’t”

“So far lost 4 stone before my knee surgery over a 6 month period and managed to maintain whilst I recover. Will continue when I am ready to finish off to my goal weight. An easy weight loss programme to follow with varied meal replacements to try and enjoy.”

“Received the shakes promptly (next day delivery). Taste better than other shakes I've purchased over the counter. I've compared them to a shake that I used to purchase for many years before production was terminated and taste wise it's nearly there but not quite. However, I will be purchasing again as it's the nearest thing to my previous product purchase. To conclude I am happy with my purchase.”

“I particularly like the savoury dried meals and the bars which are genuinely tasty. The shakes and porridge and cereal are good as well. I like that they don't contain palm oil. It's very convenient and cheaper when buying in quantity.”
