“I have purchased 4 weeks worth of the meal replacement shakes. I ordered the Cherry Bakewell and the Mint Chocolate as it says they can be mixed with water. The Cherry Bakewell are as described but the Mint Choc shakes I have received have got to be mixed with milk, which I don't drink. This is disappointing, as I can't use them. The Cherry Bakewell are very almond(y) and pleasant to drink. The shakes were boxed well and delivered on time. I am on day three and feel quite energised so far.”

“Lov shake that weight especially the choc Muslie and soup although the price of delivery and the packages hav got very expensive which I’m disapointed in as these work well with my bowel after cancer but as the prices r rising I’m not getting enough packets keep running out before delivered messes the diet up”

“I'm a new user of STW products but so far so good! I ordered a create your own bundle of shakes. Delivery was really quick and everything was well packaged. I've only had 2 shakes so far - Vanilla and Banana - but I really enjoyed both. I had the Vanilla with almond milk and the Banana with semi skimmed milk and added ice to both to thicken them up and they both tasted really nice. The Banana tasted just like a McDonalds milkshake!!. I was expecting quite a powdery taste to them but even down to the last bit there was no powdery residue at all. I have plenty of flavours left to try from my bundle so I'm hoping they are just as good! I'll definitely be placing a 2nd order for more shakes........oh and they filled me up too!!”

“Ok, they taste good. Other than that - oh boy do they mess with your insides. Why do they need to be loaded with Inulin? It's not a nutritional requirement, it's only 'benefits' are gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and cramps.”

And I find them easy to use The one problem I seem to experience is that you often run out of stock of the strawberry meal bars I guess they must be a popular item. I like the feature of you informing me when there back in stock. .”

“Having a significant amount of weight to lose and an almost sedentary lifestyle, I chose this diet after reading loads of reviews of almost all similar on the market. This I decided was for me. The Total Plan. So far it is day 6 of 28; I drink between 2.5 l & 3l of water a day, I have a breakfast option, I like the Maple Syrup Pancakes most, soup or shake for lunch, then I have a dinner option and final shake about 8.30pm. It was hard at first, I usually have semi skimmed milk but swapped for skimmed, I haven't had a headache, I did wake up on day 3 hungry. Oh and the extra intake of water obviously has to come out, not so welcome at nightime but it's all a learning curve. Yes I would recommend this diet if you want to lose weight - knowing that it can help me improve my health, priceless. All meals are easy to mix, some meals do not taste as you'd expect but that's personal choice.”

“Ordered the taster pack and received a big meals and shakes in it. I've only tried the shakes and a bar out of it and the shakes taste amazing and are very filling. Will definitely stick to it and try out some more stuff. So far recommend”

“Majority of the products are lush with a few that int!!! They are filling too if and when your head is in it to lose weight. I would highly recommend STW to anyone as 1st off its cheaper than the other sites out there and taste better too I've tried some others and they int all that. Get ya shake on people 😁😁😁😁😁”

“The box I ordered turned up quickly and was well packaged. I have only been trying these products for 3 days so far so can’t really say if they work or not. I’ve tasted the shakes and soups and they are okay.”

“I haven’t tried the full range I ordered yet. Impressed with the shakes, they’re thick and creamy, and I only mix with water. You could even make a dessert-style mousse with these or a frozen lolly. Main meals are tasty. With the help of supplements I’m on about 800-900kcal a day short term. The high amount of protein combined with uncompromising flavour is keeping me satisfied. Looking forward to working my way through the products and will be placing a second order.”
