“I have found the shakes to be absolutely brilliant, mainly because you can choose which milk to make them with. Over the past 20 years I tried two other brands, but both had very restricted dairy-free options (ie only choc or choc orange). STW shakes generally have no dairy element and so I make them up with high protein soya milk which is perfect for my needs. The price is very competitive - I guess because you are not obliged to see a counsellor who needs to be paid - and this makes it more accessible to more people. I really appreciated the freedom not to be involved with a dieting counsellor too. I used these shakes as the pre-bariatric surgery, liver-shrinkage diet, in preparation for keyhole surgery. Neither the very restricted “real” food diet, nor the dairy-based Slimfast diet prescribed by the bariatric dieticians were feasible for me, so I was delighted that STW worked so well in shrinking my liver. I continued after surgery as the shakes are more nutritionally complete than home made soup and now, four months on, I still have a shake for breakfast as it is so much easier, quicker and more nutritious than most “normal” breakfast options. I’m really thrilled to have found this product and recommend you give it a go too.”

“The shakes are not very nice the taste is not nice also this does not keep me full for long it’s not high in protein I’m not happy with the product”

“Just sorted my pack out to see what I had Starting on Monday I thought Thier would be a guide to what to expect also on drinks water etc is it Ok to have milk in coffee etc I can't seem to find an idiots guide on how to start on this plan”

“The shakes, chicken curry and the bars are very tasty. The pasta carbonara is not. I would not buy this again. Complete waste of money. Cook time way too short and the pasta is hard.”

“Tried a few Shake the Weight low carb 200 cal meals as I'm on a diabetes strict diet max 800 cals per day. Tried the apple and cinnamon porridge, its ok, but a slight after taste? Also tried the spaghetti bolognese and beef chilli noodles, both great. Lastly I tried the menon and white choc snack bars, which were lovely, very chewy. I am mainly ona shake based diet, so its just nice to have an almost "normal" meal again occasionally as a treat. These are helping me to lose weight and hopefully send my diabetes into remission. I will try some more of their low cal meals at some point, but I would highly recommend this company and its food products, Cheers.”

“Started 2 weeks ago & lost 1st 7.5lbs already. My favourite meals are sausage & bean cassoulet, pork & mustard & cottage pie. The apple & cinnamon porridge is also nice. Bit pricey, but worth it as it works. Find the site a bit user unfriendly & thought I'd registered when I hadn't, so lost alot of loyalty points, after spending £180 so far, which is disappointing. I don't have the shakes (which would save me money) as I have a sensitive gag reflex & can't tolerate the texture. Delivery is prompt, which is great.”
