“I’m no stranger to ‘Shake That Weight’ products, having used them to knock back my Type 2 diabetic diagnosis to normal some years ago by loosing three and half stone in 8 weeks. I now use them every now and then to keep my weight in check. Needless to say, I am obviously, a fan of STW products. Regards. BJ.”

“The shakes are not that nice tbh. I’ve had better ones. These are very thick and not very falvoursome. The meals that I’ve had are lovely I’ve really enjoyed those and the soups and bars are nice as well. The porridge is awful it tasted like salt and I tried two different favours.”

“Very impressed so far. Have done Cambridge and Lighter Life before and these products are so much better in flavour and texture. Really enjoyed the cherry bakewell and all the bars. Would highly recommend and will be buying again. Hope the results (weight loss) are as good.”

“This programme has helped me to lose 1st 10.5lbs since January, The shakes are great, and the soups are delicious.The ready made meals are also delicious and the snack bars/crisps are as good as any others I have tried. I have followed the food plans (almost) religiously. I sometimes have an apple during the day (off plan) or and a few extra vegetable to my evening meal and I am amazed at how effective it is! The only thing I think they could improve on is the range. It is a bit limited, on the meals side of things. A bit more variety would be great.”
