“Mixes well, tastes ok at first but leaves an after taste about an hr later. Was so hungry within hr and half. That’s only 1 shake down so will keep going but so far not impressed at all”

“Products are all very good just one or two meals I'm not keen on. All mix up very well.and are filling, Just wish they were a little cheaper.”

“Okay so I have been trying to loose weight for about 4 years and I literally cannot find a diet that I can stick to and loose weight. I like to see results fast or I give up after a week. I did my research, read up about the success of the meal replacement diets on th eNHS, then decided to take the plunge. I have and I literally do not knwo why I didnt do this diet before. Its really easy. I do a milkshake for breakfast, then a meal at lunch, then I eat with the family in the eve, but just have less carbs than I would usually and more protein and salad. I have cut out alcohol as well. so in my first week, I lost 1.2kg. I am really delighted. I have another 8-10kg to go, but I am feeling like it is quite achievable. the shakes and the meal, does fill me up, they mostly taste okay, although the cafe au lait / choc mint / choc / banana are the nicer flavours for me. The meals / soups are okay but the main thing is they fill you up and I inly want to drink fizzy water and lots of it. If you are feeling like me, unsure, try the £35 taster pack like I did and give it a whirl. I am delighted. I want to lose the weight before menopause really strikes!”

“Wasn't looking forward to this but it was recommended by my Diabetic Nurse to try this. I have and I'm 4 days in. I've alrready lost weight and I'm not really craving sugary foods. Both the shakes and soups are quite enjoyable, tasty and much better than I expected. Sure...I'd rather be eating chocolate, roast dinners, bread, cakes etc....but at the end oif the day I don't want to have a heart attack or worsen my Diabetes...so this is ideal. Enjoying the experience so far.”
