“I have never done a meal replacement diet before but I thought id give it a go after telling big porky pies during my telephone medication review with my GP Surgery when asked if my weight was the same as a previous reading 3 years ago. I said Yes. ahmm. I decided i needed to shorten the gap between my old weight and today. I did some research and decided on STW based on the good selection of meals and a website that is clear and easy to follow. I started off purchasing the variety packs to cover the daily meal allocations. I have been very impressed with the flavour of meals and have found the programme a lot easier and enjoyable than I first thought. This has made the whole process a lot simpler to follow. Ordering has been straightforward on the website and delivery is prompt. I am 3 weeks in and have lost a stone. Very happy with STW. Thankyou”

“I've been doing this diet for just over two weeks on 600 cal a day and I've lost a stone already. To begin with it's hard and challenges you mentally but after a week it gets easy. The best flavours are chocolate and banana and the chicken and the vegetable soup.”

“After getting tired of my previous weight loss shake provider having no stock and limited variety I decided to try shake that weight. Products arrived quickly, So far ive tried the strawberry shake, pineapple shake, caramel shake , chicken tikka meal pouch and the water enchacers and I am very impressed. Filling, tasty and enjoying all the variety and even better , it's all.in stock yay. Will be continuing with this brand from now on”

“I have tried loads of slimming shakes in the past but these ones taste amazing especially the chocolate one they are also very filling which is great as it stops you from wanting to snack”

“Early days, but, I have tried a few shakes, bars and porridge and they all taste ok. Don't like choc/orange shake. Porridge is better than I thought it would be. My favourites are the choc/mint shake and the plain vanilla porridge. Loosing weight so I want to carry on if I can afford it.”

“They taste ok. But for one week i don t know how can i survive with 3 main meals and 3 breakfasts ? the rest are just sweet shakes.... Other than that - i like them all what I tried so far.”

“So far I am enjoying shake that weight and it’s affordable in comparison to some low calorie plans. Most of the products I have enjoyed. However I was not keen on the milk chocolate chew food bar which was disappointing. Am pleased with weight loss”

“Love , all the soup apart from tomatoe ! noodles are so tasty ! The meals are delicious I ordered a variety and every single one is tasty ,. Love the strawberry bars & lemon . A bit disappointed with chocolate. Not to my taste so far really enjoying diet and loosing weight . Products are so tasty and filling”
