“Shake That Weight is a very effective method for losing weight for those who have the self-control to stick rigidly to the diet. Cheating is a terrible idea on this diet as any sugary or salty 'treats' will trigger cravings and make the diet really hard work. Staying absolutely 'true' to the diet pretty much avoids hunger and cravings after the first few days, and can consistently yield 3-4 pounds a week weight loss for those with plenty to lose. If you're feeling hungry drink water... it's very easy to confuse thirst for hunger. I find this diet is comparable with the Cambridge 1:1 diet, but for significantly less money. I also keep an eye on email notifications for special offers that further reduce the cost.”

“I have used Shake That Weight products on many occasions over the last 8 years, twice has been for major weight loss which was very successful and periodically to maintain or trim off the little extra after over endulgent holidays & celebrations. The flavours are superb and the shakes, soups and meals are satisfying and nutritional. This is an excellent weight loss product with support and guidance, easy to follow guide and you can take it slow or completely replace all your meals. I highly recommend it. I lost 4 Stone 15 weeks!”

“I am pleasantly surprised with the pea soup which I had yesterday and also quite like the porridge ( I wasn't keen on that when I tried it a couple of years ago)My favourite bar is the chocolate/ peanut bar and I love the chocolate shake especially when I make it with milk, but perfectly fine with water if you want to reduce your calories. Not very keen on it hot.”
