“I really like the Crispy Caramel and Almond and Pumpkin Seed bars. The are very satisfying and convenient when I’m busy. The Chocolate and the Strawberry shakes are also my favourites which I prefer at breakfast one.”

“Unfortunately I seem to have had a reaction to the products. I have been experiencing severe stomach cramps with green loose stools, so am having to stop.”

“5 Weeks and 4lb lost. Not quite what I expected. After reading the results on facebook I was so determined that would work. Three shakes with milk skimmed milk and a replacement meal for dinner. Drinking 3-4 litres of water a day. Not happy with spending £200 on a product that I now believe does not work. Will not be ordering again and giving what I have left over away”

“Love the shakes. Much nicer than the ones I usually buy. So far I've enjoyed all the flavours I have tried. Not sure about all the bars but some were great. Looking forward to buying more of my favourite ones”

“I love the shakes, banana, strawberry and chocolate are my favourites. I prefer with water. Love the spaghetti bolognaise too for my dinner. Not so keen on the soups and noodles, not to my taste. I love most of the bars too. Great as a meal with a cuppa, feels like a treat! I don’t buy the snacks as I’m trying to stick to 4 meals only which works best for me.”

“I Lv these products. I use them 3 days a week when I’m working as they are convenient and fill me up. I genuinely do not feel hungry all day. I usually have the porridge for breakfast and a shake for lunch and occasionally a cereal bar. In 4 months I have lost 7kgs.”
