“My first time trying Shake that Weight. All of the food is very tasty. It is easy to make and easy to follow. I was Hungary at first but have now adjusted to the plan. My personal favourites are the bacon omelette, the choco caramel muesli and the hazelnut shake. The starter pack is good as you have a taste of everything plus you get the shaker.”

“I love STW. Flavoursome and filling. I just think it's too expensive and I can't always afford it. Would be good to have more variety noodles. As they taste so nice and my favourite part of the selections. I have lost 14lbs so far so it does work”

“I have used Shake That Weight a few times and I always get the results I want! I absolutely stick to it rigidly and this time I have lost 4 stone 2lb and feel amazing!! I have a shake for breakfast, a bar for lunch and the Ham & Mushroom Pasta Soup for dinner! The products are good value and the delivery is great - my orders always come early or on time. Would absolutely recommend if you want to lose weight - you’ve just got to stick to it!!”
