“Bars are really handy”

“Really delicious especially the choc bars. The meals are filling and may need a little added seasoning but not all of them. Very good value for money. 200 calories per meal is a sensible amount and makes the ‘diet’ achievable……”

“I have changed my diet and have been Having your porridge for breakfast every day for 10 months made with water and only 140 calories!... even though made with water tastes still very creamy as if I used milk! I also mix berries with it and find this breakfast fills me up fine until lunch time.... best bit is I have lost 4 stone in 10 months so just ordered some more shake that weight porridge.”

“Majority of the shakes are nice, with the exception of the newer flavours that have to be mixed with water (cherry bakewell, chocolate hazelnut & tropical) all of these are a very fine power that is almost impossible to mix without getting lumps. All the chocolate bars are nice as are most of the ready meals. I would advise friends to stay clear of most of the soups and all of the standard meals as any i've tried just make me gag.”

“I can't comment on how well it works as a weight loss program as I'm still in my first week, but so far I'm loving the bars, the spag bolegnaise and chicken and vegetable noodles. I'm still working my way through my food but it's tasty and I don't feel hungry! Always a good thing. I love that there's an active lifestyle option among the plans! I'm looking forward to trying more of the meals/food!”

“This is really good and would recommend - purchased a range of products for a 5:2 diet and been pleased with tastes and flavours unlike some previous diet offerings that were crude and awful tasting - only been going three weeks and lost 6llbs already. Efficient delivery - I'll be getting more when the current box finishes”
