“Just started with these meals after the previous company I was using closed. I have lost a lot of weight but still have a long way to go so hopefully the change will be helpful. The meals seem good and are quite tasty but the calories are really low so looking forward to a good weight loss”

“I absolutely love the shakes, they really are delicious and I only ever mix them with water and ice. I always have two sachets at once for lunch and a low carb dinner, taking my kcal count to 800 ish a day. In my first week I lost 5lb so it’s doing the trick, also I have stayed in ketosis for 4-5 days so it’s working. My only gripe is that they are quite high in sugar and as I’m hoping to reverse my type 2 diabetes, this is concerning me a little.”

“I suffer from IBS and The only negative comment that I can make is that the banana milk shakes are too sweet and are not good for my tummy I had my first shake yesterday and was on the loo all morning so I will only have them occasionally.”

“Quick dieting plan that is easy to keep. Delivery: I picked up my box from Sainsbury’s, and found the box was torn. I had the option to count all sachets (2 months supply) on the shop floor. I took it home and found I was 18 bags short. Utterly annoying!”

“I decided to try this initially for a week as I have a few stone I need to lose. I lost 7 pounds so a great loss in a week. I won't lie, the first few days were difficult, hunger pains were bad but I persevered and drinking 2 litres of water a day is a must. Few meals items were not to my taste but most were, trial and error to find which you prefer. If you are willing to put in the effort this will work for you”

“I only like the chicken and the vegetable soups, the toffee crisp bars and the vanilla and the hazelnut shakes, so I find difficult to do the full diet. That means weight loss is slower, as I have a 400 calorie meal in the evening. But the shakes and soups do help. I really don’t like any of the ‘meals’ - they’re nothing like food!”
