I don't normally bother reviewing things i buy but its time to make an exception..
I have bought and tasted a large variety of the shake the weight products and cant praise them enough.. the ease of preparation is excellent, not to mention the actual taste, which again is surprisingly good.
I have used 2 other meal replacement companies over the past few years and Shake the weight definitely rates the highest in my opinion.
