“This is a great product. A great number of us tinkerers spend an inordinate amount on tools and storage and then are forced to pile tools loosely in a drawer, stick some wobbly racks into the box or spend a fortune on some precut foam inserts that didn't fit that toolbox and didn't have the right shapes for the set that you wanted to store. Until now. A range of thicknesses and colours and you're given a very nerdy opportunity to layout your tool box the way you want to. The right tools in the right order, and the right holes for your set of choice. I used Shadowfoam for a racing toolbox. There's an odd mix of tools required at the track side and a frequency of use that doesn't happen in the garage. Races are won and lost in preparation....now my toolbox is prepared for preparation!”

“Excellent product with speedy delivery! Would be interesting if you could produce a online option, for CNC cutting to get a rough idea of cost. Have a list of tools from various manufacturers, eg stahlwille, RS, Facom and I can pick and choose what I want where, I want and get it cut. Also have the ability to bond various layers together, 10mm black foam has the profiles cut out and bonded to a layer of 10mm yellow foam to give the tool outline and contrast. Overall excellent product !!”

“After a curtesy email to ensure the sizing was correct as it was quite small the item arrived promptly and was perfectly cut and accurate. Was perfect to package the small items!”

“Good but could be improved. Its firmer than pick and pluck foam but not as much as i was expecting. The cutting tool kit is good though leaves an untidy finish. Shadowfoam could implement a layering system so as you cut the outline and depth, a peel away layer could be achieved making it a neater finish”

“When I received the parcel the packaging was partially opened on the long edge (scotch too thin). There was also two holes. One of them damaged the foam itself. The cardboard is not enough rigid to protect correctly the product during the transport. Nevertheless, the foam quality is as expected.”
