“I ordered the pro cutting kit & it just arrived. This is my 2nd order to go with some custom foam for a Bosch container. The items I've received are first rate & exactly as described. I can't wait to try my hand at this which will be a totally new experience for me. I've looked at several of their videos & they are great - sufficient in detail & presented in a manner that even I can follow. I live in the US so bear in mind that it will take a few days to receive your items.”

“Shadow Foam is a great product. I got a starter kit just to see. I was well impressed! Jona's videos had inspired a small collection of zollstock so I used the Ikea picture frame back to create a display. I did send a picture earlier, i can't seem to attach one today.”

“Very easy to use and cut, hols the tool nice and firm. Made a lay-out on paper and used a circle cutter for the sockets. Made a print for the impact on the copier. And cut every thing with a scalpel. Have to see how it hold up over time, but looks very sturdy for now.”

“I sent an email on 06/05/2025, still waiting for a reply, didnt expect the order to be replaced as I took it out the country, but some sort of communication would have been nice. also interested to see if my order that was shipped to the person expecting the Magnusson product got rectified. this is why you have a 1 start rating.”

Hi Stephen We definitely got your email of 06 May 00:10am and replied right away 06 May 11:08. You definitely got the right inserts that you ordered, though it looked from the photos you supplied likeou'd maybe ordered the wrong inserts in two of the three cases shown. Perhaps you can check your spam or junk email folder in case the response dropped into there as it will contain all you need to understand what you needed and make a return of the incorrect items you ordered. “This is a review of Shadow Foam Limited, because that is who I have been requested to review. I know this review will fall on deaf ears because previous attempts to articulate my concerns have. Planting a tree for every order is admirable, however, I'm pretty sure one tree per order is not going to offset the damage caused to the environment by all the flights and road trips the owner and his staff take in order to make YouTube videos and promote his company. I'm not particularly fussed either way whether anyone believes in global warming and as such wants to set about trying save the world, but I do take exception when someone preaches to others, whilst jet-setting all over the globe to make YouTube videos, worse still, giving up the personal details of unsuspecting customers to unknown eco fanatics. The first thing I expect with online scams completely out of control, is the anticipated and expected security of my information when buying a product. Hiding that you are going to give my personal information away to an unknown bunch of fanatics is not acceptable. You may currently have the most effective and user-friendly product on the market, but there are now perfectly acceptable alternatives available from Temu and alike for a tiny fraction of the cost. What surprised me most was the company's hugely defensive attitude when I remonstrated my dissatisfaction with your use of my personal information. If I'm going to get an unsatisfactory, argumentative service, then I certainly not going to pay a small fortune for it!”

Hi Tim, We always take critical feedback seriously and never ignore our customers when they take issue with our product or service. As per our email correspondence, the one-tree-per-order scheme is purely a small part of our green initiative for the national and global goal of net zero. We have many other schemes involved that include our waste recycling, electricity imports and sustainable packaging. The YouTube videos you reference are published out of order, and the videos are created as part of necessary business trips. So if you see a video in the US published two, three or four months after the previous, they are actually a part of the same trip. In a world that is consistently warming through man-made emissions, whether you want to be preached to or not is irrelevant. As a company, we have a responsibility to ensure that we are being responsible through sustainable approaches to manufacturing, packaging, shipping and every other aspect of our business. If this does not align with your beliefs, then you are free to buy an inferior product from Temu. However, if your issue is around tree planting, then I would suggest you avoid Temu as well, as they too have a tree planting program. Further to the email correspondence, we also outlined that as part of our terms and service, we will supply Switch2Zero (the "fanatical" tree planting company) with your email to give you notice of the donation.
