“First of all the postage as really quick, which sometimes isn't what it should be. Second, the inserts fitted my toolbox perfectly Finally, the cutting. I tried to use a Stanley knife at first, which made the job harder. Once I actually read the instructions and dig out a scalpel, then it all came together much easier. Yeah, I know, I really should read the instructions first. the only snag, if you can call it that, was plucking out some of the cut areas. Some seemed to separate easier than others. But I got there in the end.”

“I love this stuff! I found the YouTube channel and fell in love with it. After buying some I love it even more! The organization of my tools is so easy and I have found that I don’t just set things in random spots anymore. One of my favorite tool products. The videos made it so easy to do as well. “After buying into Festool. I loved the idea of the systainers, however having to hull around so many of them I ended up figuring out ways to combine them but didn't want them banging around. Then I remembered a product called Shadow Foam! It was fairly easy to work with. It's easy enough to cut and pull chunks out of the block. As well as the colour options awesome.”

“I ordered the shadow foam to put into my bowls umpires kit, everything fits into the case very well and the foam keeps everything in the correct place. Very quick delivery, very easy to cut to shape. All in all an excellent product Many thanks Phil Reddan”

“Slightly disappointed hen product arrived, realising I could have have far more foam had I gone for large panels and trimmed than a case specific sizing. I thought I would get perfect laser cut sizing with lovely curved corner. Rather, it was clearly just a section of a larger panel that would have cost me the same money but left me with spare for other projects. Learnt a valuable lesson there…”

Hi Cameron Sorry to hear that the Peli Case inserts aren't what you wanted. These are inserts which are designed then CNC cut to specifically fit your Peli Case. “Ordered start kit after looking at the customer inserts and then paid didn't realise that start kits are not cut to size. Looked at returning for refund would be costly to return so had no option but to keep never use again better products out there and cheaper price. Beware once ordered it can be costly to return also be aware that starter packs are not cut to size even when looking at custom foam for you items. I was asked to revise this review which I am not prepare to do and should not be asked to do as it a true feeling of what I have found and I am not going to make out that it all good when the cost of returning this or the items will be expensive and that means I lose money.”

“Don't let the price scare you. The quality of the foam is outstanding. The fit is perfect. It will allow you to maximize the space in your drawers, and keep everything snug. Be patient, and carful, when cutting. It takes a little patience but is a game changer for tool organization.”

“Thought I'd tidy up my garage so I bought a tool stack from Halfords and some Shadow Foam after seeing pic on line. Installation is pretty straight forward and I'm sure if I do it again I could get it much tidier, Overall I'm pleased with the result and impressed by the Shadow Foam, Looks great and makes everything easy to find, only drawback is jobs take longer as I keep cleaning my tools as I don't want to get the foam dirty.”
