“Watch the videos and take your time. Getting it looking right is a skill you’ll learn quickly. Once done it looks fantastic and adds a really professional look. My only gripe is the sheets don’t come cut square so you will loose a little squaring it up to begin measuring. Remember, measure twice cut once. You’ll love the way it looks when it’s finished though.”

“First of all the company themselves are great, and being UK based it was a no brainer to support their Kickstarter campaign for the layered foam...not many places (if any) provide this in the UK and so I was delighted when Shadow Foam decided to go into production. The easy peel foam itself is different to their traditional foam, it cuts really nicely, and the layers peel really well. I had to change my order before shipping and they did it with no issues and really fast, and I will be using these guys for all the foam I need in the future. Go buy it!”

“A great product that's pretty forgiving. I purchased an expensive bit of electronics that didn't come with a storage case so got a case and some Shadow Foam and built my own. It's not as polished as the how to videos and I found it hard to get the bottoms horizontal however I got better pretty quickly and even my first one holds the item very securely. Really happy with it and will be using the spare foam to make a box frame gift. Well worth the money.”

“The foam sent was in red finish to the 30mm deep foam and 10mm deep foam to the top and base of my equipment case, which look OK in the top and base of my Archery case, but anything that presses into the red finish ends up on your equipment, hence what ever the spray finish is; it leaves it's colour residue all over the item it touches, and as I have over £2,500 worth of Recurve Archery equipment in the box, I am not that impressed as it is difficult to remove from my equipment without using a spirit, which is not the best thing to use with a £1,600 carbon fibre riser and limbs or the £900 worth of stabilisers and sight. Feel that I have wasted my money in purchasing the coloured foam and my time cutting it out, only to find that afterwards the red residue is all over my equipment where it touches the red surfaces.”

“Exactly as described. I ordered quite specific measurements and they came exactly as I said, also came with a handy cutting knife which made things so much easier. The foam was pretty uniform also, with no hard bits to worry about. Only problem is now I feel like I need to do other boxes!”
